Payment is due when services are rendered. For diagnostic procedures less than $500, full payment is due at the time of service. For all services above $500, a 50% deposit of the high end of a written estimate is required when your pet is dropped off for the procedure. The remaining balance is due when your pet is being discharged.

If you have health insurance for your pet, please let us know, so we can make sure all paperwork will be finished in a timely fashion. Most insurance companies will reimburse the client after the fact, so it is still the responsibility of the client to pay Van Lue Veterinary Surgical at the time services are rendered.
We offer two third party payment plans through Scratch Pay and Care Credit.
The client is responsible for applying for and setting up the payment plan.
